Special sessions have the main aim of creating a mini-workshop on a specific topic, where researchers working on the same argument can make knowledge, familiarize, exchange ideas, create cooperation. They gather together researchers and students interested in a specific topic and can strongly contribute to the success of the conference itself. Moreover, they can be the first step for trainees and students to the organization of a scientific event.
Special Sessions are expected to be related to the conference theme or especially hot topics within the conference scope, provide a focused discussion of new and innovative topics. All submitted papers undergo the same review process.
To submit abstracts to the special session, follow the submission instructions for regular sessions, but remind to specify the special session to which the paper is directed.
